Stretching for 12kms along the coast, we can see the rugged hills and cliffs of Rocky Cape National Park. It's Tasmania's smallest national park. It was created in 1967 to preserve some remarkable Aboriginal archeological finds. There are 2 major caves in the park, South cave and North cave. They contains huge amounts of broken shells, bones and stone tools. North cave can be visited, it's just a fifteen minute walk from the road.
